Ms. Siekmann is a Business Development Analyst for Chiron.

Ms. Siekmann is responsible for delivering high-quality research for clients, marketing and sales support, social media expansion, and event planning. She has expanded her knowledge of the finance industry while working at Chiron. Ms. Siekmann is a key part of the marketing team effort, frequently preparing materials for meetings within the organization and externally with clients. She has planned multiple events for Chiron in Houston and elsewhere.

Prior to working at Chiron, Ms. Siekmann worked as marketing assistant at Genesis 7 Consulting, a marketing consulting firm where she learned how to work with multiple companies, preparing research, social media, strategy planning, working on websites, newsletters, and more.

She completed various internships while attending college. This included preparing marketing plans for a jewelry company and also a non-profit organization seeking to gain the attention of young adults. She also performed an internship with T-Mobile in product marketing.

Mica was born in Peru but has also live in many different places in Latin America, Ms. Siekmann is fluent in 3 languages - English, Spanish, and Portuguese. She has been involved in multiple charities including Make-A-Wish, Habitat for Humanity, Casa Grada (in Chile) and peer notetaking to assist disabled classmates. She
enjoys reading and writing poetry and short stories.
