Ms. Hubert is the Director of Business development with significant experience in the finance world.

Ms. Hubert comes to Chiron with more than 15 years of experience in the commercial finance, enterprise financial and banking sectors supporting strategic capital operations. As Director, Business Development, she is tasked with building, developing, and deepening key relationships with top-tier organizations in the Texas and Louisiana markets.

Most recently, Ms. Hubert served as Senior vice president of Business Development at Republic Business Credit where she led teams resulting in year-over-year growth of 150%, a remarkable result especially during turbulent economic times. Ms. Hubert is a Houston board member of the Turnaround Management Association. She has a deep passion for growing mentoring initiatives and opportunities both for women and men in the finance industry and currently serves as an active chair for the Secured Finance Foundation’s DEI Mentorship Program.
