Greg Bouille

Greg has led domestic and global functional teams in the areas of business development, strategy & growth, corporate finance, change management, sales & marketing, business model innovations, etc., as well as in multiple industries such as Luxury goods, Watches, Cutlery, Consumer durables, FMCG, Food & Tobacco, Consumer packaged goods, Biotech & Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing, Investment banking, Real estate, Industrial products and Services. He is a “lifelong learner”, a “growth mind-setter”, a “value builder” and a skilled facilitator/coach always eager to learn from other people and businesses.

Gregoire P.A. Bouille is currently a co-founder and managing director in A-Nova LLC, a Swiss turnaround consulting & strategic operating partner boutique located in both Lausanne & Zurich (Switzerland). He has 30+ years of experience in building and transforming successful businesses and operations, working for top-tier multinationals in the tobacco/financial/biotech sectors, leading family businesses and turning around several distressed companies (>$50MM). He has a proven track record in various countries and in a variety of senior leadership roles such as seasoned CEO, Independent Turnaround Professional (CTP), Chief Restructuring Officer (CRO), freelance Operating Partner (OP), LBO C-Suite executive to PE/VC/Family Offices (>$150MM), as well as serial entrepreneur, owner and Chairman.

As non-executive director (NED) and advisory board director, Greg has served on the boards of several Swiss & international companies, as well as the Swiss Turnaround Association (STA) and Turnaround Management Association (TMA) since 2020. He has been a member of the Young President Organization (YPO) since 2005 and Chair of the “YPO Turnaround Network” since 2022. Greg is certified by EACTP®, Strategyzer® (strategy, growth & innovation), Value Builder®, MW®, APIA®, and the International Centre for Corporate Governance & Directorship (ICCG®) from the University of St. Gallen. He is also a frequent panelist and keynote speaker at some associations’ events, board retreats and corporate conventions.
