Chi­ron Finan­cial is thrilled to announce the expan­sion of our team to include Melis­sa Hop­per and Tom McNul­ty, who bring a com­bined forty-plus years of diverse expe­ri­ence to Chiron. 

Ms. Hop­per has served as CFO at mul­ti­ple com­pa­nies with expe­ri­ence in equi­ty and debt recap­i­tal­iza­tions, merg­ers and acqui­si­tions, and restruc­tur­ing. She is focused on achiev­ing long-term growth and finan­cial sta­bil­i­ty for com­pa­nies, as well as help­ing com­pa­nies reach their full poten­tial in terms of account­ing com­pli­ance and finan­cial report­ing. In addi­tion to her time in finan­cial advi­so­ry, she has spent over fif­teen years in pub­lic account­ing and small to mid-size pri­vate com­pa­nies pri­mar­i­ly cen­tered around the oil & gas explo­ration and pro­duc­tion, oil & gas ser­vices, man­u­fac­tur­ing, and tech­nol­o­gy industries. 

Mr. McNul­ty draws on a rare com­bi­na­tion of indus­try, Wall Street, con­sult­ing, and US State Depart­ment expe­ri­ence to pro­vide clients with unpar­al­leled exper­tise across the entire ener­gy val­ue chain. He is a nation­al­ly rec­og­nized ener­gy indus­try expert, and has appeared on CNBC, Fox Busi­ness, NTD, and Bloomberg TV. His lit­i­ga­tion work has includ­ed share­hold­er dis­putes, busi­ness val­u­a­tion, M&A, deriv­a­tives and hedg­ing, and dam­ages assessments.
