Tom Bell

Tom has spent nearly 40 years in a wide variety of corporate and investment banking roles, advising and financing companies in complex situations.

During his 30 years at JPMorgan, Tom served in various capacities: eight as the Head of the Corporate Client Banking Oil & Gas Group; three as the Consumer/Retail investment banker in the Mid Corporate Investment Banking Group; nine as Team Leader to commercial bankers financing the Specialty Retail/Apparel sectors; eight as a commercial banker to oil and gas companies; and two as Business Initiative Lead, Commercial Banking Regulatory Operations.

Tom subsequently spent three years at HSBC where his final role was Co-Head of US Large Corporate Banking, leading seven regional offices.

As functional CEO in both the HSBC Large Corporate Banking and the JPMorgan Oil & Gas Group roles, he was ultimately responsible for all aspects of Group performance including deal approval and risk/return decisions on hundreds of companies.

Tom joined Chiron in May 2020 and currently serves as an investment banker and Head of Business Development.
