Todd Hass

Mr. Hass is focused on leading client transactions, including mergers & acquisitions and private debt.
In addition, he is responsible for leading the finance and accounting functions for Chiron Financial. Over the last 20 years, Mr. Hass has served in financial executive roles including Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer where he was responsible for the strategic financial direction and day to day financial management of numerous middle market companies. He has led companies through turnarounds, M&A negotiations/integrations and periods of hypergrowth. He is well-known and respected in the oil and gas industry for his entrepreneurial mindset, ability to lead teams through periods of market volatility, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and their priorities, both inside and outside of bankruptcy.
Prior to joining Chiron Financial, he served as Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer of Diverse Energy Systems, LLC, LLP, and later as Chief Accounting Officer for its acquirer, Cimarron Energy, Inc. Cimarron Energy is a portfolio company of Turnbridge Capital Partners. In his role as CFO of Diverse, Mr. Hass was responsible for all treasury management functions, established systems and workflow processes and grew the company to over $50 million revenues in three years. He was instrumental in increasing the firm’s geographic footprint and guided the company through a sale to Cimarron Energy.
In addition, he served as Vice President/Controller of Valerus Compression Services, LP, where he established the accounting and IT/IS departments to accommodate a revenue stream that grew from $4 million to over $500 million in a four-year period and a footprint that covered 9 manufacturing facilities, 14 satellite offices in 6 states and 5 countries. He managed the finance function and capital provider relationships through the company's growth and was instrumental in a successful half-billion dollar recapitalization.
A seasoned finance executive, Mr. Hass also served as CFO for International Engineers and Fabricators Co. and for Sterling Affiliates, Ltd. A CPA, he also ran his own accounting firm and has held a number of senior accounting positions in Texas and Florida.
He is currently involved in numerous ongoing transactions including refinancings, recapitalizations, sales of companies/assets and financial restructurings involving both U.S. and global companies.
