Bryan Phillips

Prior to joining as an Analyst, Mr. Phillips worked as a Spring Analyst at Chiron Financial LLC, where he participated in financial and valuation analysis, credit analysis, due diligence, and execution of live transactions.

While attending college, he held various internships with both Mosaic Advisors and Merrill Lynch Wealth Management where he gained extensive experience alongside wealth advisors. Whilst at Mosaic Advisors, Mr. Phillips learned and utilized financial planning and proprietary software to input financial data for analysis.

As an Analyst, Mr. Phillips is exposed to buy-side and sell-side M&A, multi-tranche debt & equity capital raises, and advisory/restructuring transactions.
