Amit Gupta

Mr. Gupta has about twenty years of investment banking and management & strategy consulting experience. His advisory experience spans domestic and cross-border acquisition and divestiture mandates, and $10+ Billion in capital raising transactions through debt and equity (IPO and follow-on) offerings. He has worked with client across the oil and gas, power, utilities, renewable energy, logistics, financial services, technology, healthcare, and consumer and retail industries.

Prior to joining Chiron Financial, Mr. Gupta was the CEO and CFO of an independent high-complexity clinical diagnostic laboratory. He helped oversee the growth from $0 to $22 million in EBITDA in a three-year period. Preceding, Amit started his own boutique middle-market investment banking firm, Crafted Capital. Crafted Capital provided M&A, capital raising, and fractional executive services for founder owned business with $5 - $25 million EBITDA looking to raise their first institutional capital or exit.

Prior to starting Crafted Capital, Mr. Gupta’s career included working with the Investment Banking teams at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and PwC Corporate Finance LLC, and the management & strategy consulting firm Baldwin Bell Green.
