  • Chi­ron was retained by the Offi­cial Com­mit­tee of Unse­cured Cred­i­tors to eval­u­ate the Com­pa­ny’s oper­a­tions and finan­cial con­di­tion and to eval­u­ate and devel­op alter­na­tives to the Com­pa­ny’s pro­posed plan of reorganization
