Mr. Moll is responsible for supporting the financing, sale, and financial advisory assignments, and more.

Prior to joining Chiron, Mr. Moll worked as an Analyst in the Energy & Power group at Wells Fargo & Co., where he was involved in the origination, structuring, and execution of leverage loans and high yield bonds within the Midstream & Infrastructure vertical of the oil and gas industry. While at Wells Fargo & Co., Mr. Moll spent his time focusing on financial modeling, valuation analysis, and the creation of marketing materials for acquisition and project finance, share repurchases, dividend recapitalizations, and general-purpose working capital facilities. He gained valuable industry insight on capital structure decision-making and various financing solutions, while servicing investment-grade and high-yield corporates, as well as financial sponsors.

Mr. Moll began his career at MACCO Restructuring Group, where he served as an Analyst on the Restructuring & Advisory team, servicing distressed middle-market companies and financial sponsors within the oil and gas, industrials, and manufacturing industries. As an Analyst, Mr. Moll participated in financial and valuation analysis, credit analysis, due diligence, drafting presentation materials, and execution of live transactions for Chapter 7 and 11 clients, as well as out-of-court restructurings. While attending college, he held various internships, including a Summer Analyst position at Texas Capital Bank, and corporate development internships with both Entergy Corporation and Apache Industrial Services.
