One of the Firm’s founders, Jay Krasoff is responsible for its strategic direction and the marketing of its banking and private equity investments. During his tenure he has led assignments that include sell-side and buy-side advisories, valuation opinions, and acquisition and growth financing for clients in the oil and gas, real estate, consumer products, and building products industries.
Mr. Krasoff also has an active financial restructuring practice in company/debtor management and for distressed debt holders, secured creditors and committees. He has represented clients in the fields of upstream and downstream energy, real estate, energy service, environmental, building products, health care, and consumer products.

Eric B. Israel joined Chiron in June 2007.
Prior to joining Chiron, Mr. Israel worked for Morgan Stanley’s Private Wealth Management Group helping to advise and recruit high net worth clientele. Prior to that experience, Mr. Israel interned for Hammer Trading, a division of Refco, working with senior floor brokers in the S&P 500 Futures Pit and assisting with order execution.
Mr. Israel holds a Master of Finance degree from the A.B. Freeman School of Business, Tulane University, and a Bachelor of Science in Management degree in Finance, cum laude, from Tulane University.
